By clicking Submit, you certify that the writer(s) grant filmmakers selected by 40 North the right to produce the submitted script, and grants 40 North a perpetual non-exclusive right to use the submission and any derivative works for educational and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, public and online exhibition of the finished work.

You also agree that you are granting the Champaign-Urbana Design Organization (CUDO) an unrestricted, irrevocable license to freely use the scenarios and artwork submitted.

You agree that a student author's name may be used by 40 North for promotional purposes. The student's name may also be used in the credits of a finished film and/or poster, and if selected for production, the script itself may be posted publicly.

You should receive an email confirmation of your script submission within 24 hours (make sure to check your Junk folder in case it gets filtered!). If you do not receive confirmation in that time, please email info@PensToLens.com immediately.
